Basic Construction Information

Our clocks have a battery operated mechanism and  require a single “AA” battery.   Please read descriptions carefully.  The 24″ weigh 9 lbs., the 36″ weigh 17 lbs. and the 48″ weigh 27 lbs. The wood material used is 1/2″  compressed wood (MDF).  Our clocks are ready to hang, with a heavy wire and brackets that are glued and screwed on the back.  Please be cautious as you hang them, as they may be heavy.  Please be sure to use a hanging devise that is properly suited and appropriate for their weight.  Shillville Clock assumes no responsibility for improper hanging, or related damage that may possibly occur due to misuse.

Shipping Information

Please allow 10-15 business days to manufacture your clock.  We ship from Arizona and Utah, and US shipping takes approx. 3 to 5 business days.  Occasionally your processing  time may slightly exceed that due to summer breaks and vacations.  Prices include Continental US ground shipping.  Please contact us for additional International shipping rate prior to purchase.

Damage, Return & Refund Policy

Please spend the time you need to place your order properly and carefully.  Our clocks are made custom to your specifications and are therefore not returnable or refundable, unless we determine the clock can be resold.   A 3% credit card processing fee will be retained to cover our processing costs once your card has been processed.  Your shipping fees are not refundable.  We do our best to represent our clocks accurately in our descriptions and images.  

Shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier, although we do our best to package them well and use reputable carriers.  We can assist you in filing a damage claim if that becomes necessary, and we’ll do our best to get you an undamaged clock.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive your clock damaged.
